Compress your file(s) in one folder before coming to this page to upload.
Macintosh Users:
Use Stuffit to compress into SIT format, and turn the BinHex encoding option ON.
If you are using system 10.2 and higher you can control-click on a file and tell it to choose "Archive" from the popup menu to make a .zip file.
Windows Users:
Use WinZip, PKZip, 7Zip, etc. to compress into ZIP format.
